Shipping & Returns

Items in stock will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. All made-to-order items will take up to 4 weeks to be shipped. Production times can vary depending on the item, you can learn more about stock and timeframes on the product’s page. On rare occasion, delays in production and shipping may occur and you will be contacted with a new estimated time of arrival as soon as possible.

Shipping is available worldwide with exception to Israel. Domestic and international orders are shipped by Royal Mail, with exception to Europe, which is shipped with DHL. All shipments are tracked. Customers outside of the UK are responsible for any import customs, duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for advice on fees. Any packages returned to Rosie Grace Ward due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be re-dispatched at the customers’ expense.

DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES

  • UK (1-3 business days): £5

  • EU (3-8 business days): £15

  • Worldwide (4-8 business days): £20

Please note that the given times are estimated. Rosie Grace Ward is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping operators or any lost or stolen packages once delivered

RETURN POLICY

If damaged upon arrival, items that are sold as ‘in stock’ can be returned for a refund or exchange. However, our made-to-order or custom items are non-refundable and only eligible for mending due to their bespoke nature. The mending costs will be covered by us.

To request a return, please document the damage as shown in its packaging and contact studio@rosiegraceward.com within 14 days of the shipment’s delivery. Signs of wear and tear after use are not considered damage and are not eligible for a refund. Returned items must be sent back unused in their original packaging. All returns must be shipped back with a tracking number. Rosie Grace Ward reserves the right to refuse refunds if items do not fit the criteria described above or are not returned as per the directions given above. Customs and tax for orders sent to destinations outside of the UK are not refundable. The refund will be granted after the returned items have been checked. This may take up to 3-4 days. Refunds will be credited to the card used to make the original purchase once the returned item(s) have been received and approved.
